A Quarter-Century of Island Magic: Our Story
In 1999, Lynn and Richard fell in love with a serene, sun-drenched sanctuary called Anna Maria Island. Driven by a dream of island life, oceanfront living, and authentic hospitality, they traded the fast lane for island time, purchasing cozy beachfront cottages in Holmes Beach and making the island their forever home.
For over 25 years, these sea-swept cottages have been the backdrop for unforgettable moments, where hundreds of couples and small families became cherished friends. Guests fell in love with the unhurried pace: stepping outside to walk or bike to local eateries, exploring nearby natural preserves, or taking the island trolley along the coast.
A New Chapter: Extended-Stay Coastal Retreats
As life evolves, so does our sanctuary. To give guests the chance to truly unpack, unwind, and live like a local, Lynn and Richard are shifting their historic cottages to extended-stay and long-term rentals.
