Rates & Terms

RATES: The published rates below are for 2 persons occupancy.  Maximum occupancy is 4 persons per cottage. 
  • For stay of less than a week, there is an additional $15.00 per night per person for overnight occupancy above 2 persons.
  • For stay of one week or longer, there is an additional $70.00 per person per week for overnight occupancy above 2 persons.
  • For repeating daytime visitors, the fee is $10.00 per day per visitor.  Each cottage is limited to 6 persons including overnight stays and daytime visitors.  Your visitors need to bring their own beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.
  • Major holidays (i.e., Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year) will have a 10% surcharge.
Rates do not include taxes and other fees.  Rates include free WiFi and a weekly cleaning for period of stay longer than a week.  All rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit.  Applicable Florida sales and resort taxes are 12% in addition.  Taxes are subject to change based on date of arrival.  Minimum 3 nights stay.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Reservation Deposit:  Reservations require a 50% deposit.  We accept Visa, MC, Amex and Discover.  We do not accept checks. 

2. Security Deposit: Extra fees will be charged for any loss or damages incurred during occupancy period. A photo identification and a debit/credit card is required at check in for security deposit. This is in addition to the cost of your reservation.

 

3. Occupancy: Overnight occupancy is limited to four persons per unit. Our property is for registered guests only.  Total persons allowed including daytime and overnight are 6 persons per unit.  All units are non-smoking, no pets, no loud parties and large gatherings.  Each unit has one long parking space.

4. Hours: Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. Office hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday.  If arrival is after office hours, please contact us to arrange for late check in.

5. Housekeeping: Units are to be maintained in neat and clean condition by occupants during the occupancy period.  Daily room service is available at $75 extra per cleaning.  Free weekly cleaning service is included for stay longer than one week.  Fresh towels and linens are available for exchange when needed.  Your daily visitors need to bring their own beach towels and beach chairs.  Towels & chairs are for registered paid guests only.

 

6. Cancellation and Payment Policy           

For stay of one week or less, deposits are non-refundable 60 days prior to the date of arrival.  For stay longer than one week, deposits are non-refundable 90 days prior to the date of arrival.  All cancellations and changes must be in writing. The balance including taxes is due 30 days prior to the date of arrival. There are no refunds within the 30 days prior to the date of arrival and after arrival.. We advise that you take out travel insurance.   Cancellation and/or change  fee is $125.00.  A change means a cancellation and reschedule to another dates.  Rates are subject to change when you make changes to your existing reservation.

The rental terms on your personal confirmation statement and emails shall prevail should there be a conflict with the terms from the website.
