Rates & Terms - Extended Stay & Long Term Lease
RATES: The published rates below are for 2-person occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons, including children.
Rates do not include applicable taxes and other fees. Rates are for furnished units and include the water bill; rates exclude internet, cable, electric, and waste management fees. All rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed with a deposit and signed lease agreement. Applicable Florida taxes and bank fees are in addition.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Reservation Application and Deposit: Reservations require an application, background check, and a deposit as indicated in the signed lease agreement.

2. Security Deposit: Extra fees will be charged for any loss or damage incurred during the occupancy period. Photo identification and a debit/credit card are required.
3. Occupancy: Overnight occupancy is limited to four persons per unit. Our property is for registered occupants only. All units are non-smoking, no pets, no loud parties, and no large gatherings. Each unit has one long parking space for 2 small vehicles or 1 large vehicle.​

5. Housekeeping: Units are to be maintained in neat and clean condition by occupants during the occupancy period. Outdoor furniture is for occupants' use only.
6. Cancellation and Payment Policy
All cancellations and changes must be in writing. The rental terms in your lease agreement and subsequent written modifications shall prevail.
